Asylum, Withholding of Removal & CAT Relief
If you are applying for asylum or protection from removal because you have suffered harm — or fear you will suffer harm — upon returning to your home country, a psychological evaluation can be a critical part of your case.
Our evaluation documents whether the harm you experienced or fear rises to the level of "persecution," and whether it is connected to your race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
We assess trauma symptoms, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other psychological effects of past harm — providing the court with a clear, evidence-based picture of your mental health and the impact of your experiences.
Attorney note: Please consult with your client's attorney before scheduling. We work directly with attorneys to ensure our reports address the specific legal standards required for the relief sought.
